Initial payment to confirm booking: 25 % of rent, the rest of the rent is payable one month befor arrival.

On arrival in Florence the following will be charged:

  • Final cleaning per week: 65,00 Euro
  • Security deposit: 200,00 Euro
  • Deposit for telephone & internet (by request): 100,00 Euro
  • WLAN: free
  • Heating/air conditioning per week: 10,00 Euro per day extra
